i have been away doing other things..now i have some updating to do! bear with me..in the meantime Green Architecture seems to be all the new rage unfortunately its practical uses are ignored to favor aesthetic outlook.

The 26th Floor

A power couple wanted their existing space to have entertainment as a big factor for their dinner parties so we took down everything in this old apartment and designed a fully remote-controlled apartment in the city such as electric curtains, voice-activated lighting, fully-internet capable LAN and broadband, satellite audio, GPS, a mix of italian and chinese furniture, semi-paradise bathrooms and even 'moving' beds. The finishes were mostly paint and composite resins.

Wired Bachelor Pad

Turning Bare in2 Open and Wired

A 43sm dingy, bare condominium unit painted in a shoddy green. We re-painted, re-upholstered, re-framed, re-scraped, re-bonded, re-fabricked and used composite resins to produce a comfortable bachelor's apartment using a totally open concept.

It's broadband ready, Cable Ready, GPS registered, LAN-wired for streaming video and online games. Multi-Function socketing imported from Germany distributes video, PC data and music around the flat. The entry door installed with multi-lock and equipped with sentinel cameras.
Oh yes did i mention that there are motorized curtains!

Condominium in Manila

A refurbishment for an old client elegantly designed in a contemporary manner

Scraping away all wall finishes and using a compound mix of various resin material and paint in a faux pattern gives a tranquil atmosphere in the midst of a modern noisy city.
Opening up some walls and new upholstering of their existing furniture make this medium-sized city apartment look not only much larger than what it really is but also more expensive than what it really cost.

Bank goes Organic

A new customer support department has been added to a global bank's network in Hongkong.
Using organically designed furniture minimizing office clutter and maximizing space with generous storage capacity plus simple see-thru rated glass resulted in this beautiful yet functional look.

The aesthetically-pleasing systems furniture was the result of collaboration between Ernesto Santos and a competent furniture maker in Manila.
